Cancellation: We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned.  If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, we simply ask that your request be in writing within 30 days of your stay with us.   A refund will be issued, minus the $75 non-refundable deposit.   We’re sorry that we cannot give refunds for requests that fall within the 30-day period. 

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 5:00 p.m. on Friday.  Check out time is 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.  Please keep in mind that we are currently unable to accommodate early arrivals or late departures so your cooperation in adhering to the times posted is greatly appreciated. 

Deposits & Payments : A $75 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your registration.  The balance of your stay is required 30 days prior to your arrival.  You will receive a 5% discount if you pay for your entire reservation at the time of booking!  We accept Mastercard, Visa and personal checks.  A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. 

Gift Certificates: Yes, we have them!  Our gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated, and are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy: A Crop for All Seasons respects you and your privacy.  We will never sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information to an unrelated third party.  Any information you give us about yourself is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in any way which you have not consented.

Refunds:  In the unlikely event that your weekend must be cancelled by A Crop for All Seasons, a refund will be offered to you if other arrangements cannot be made.

Registration Confirmation: Electronic confirmation will be sent to the email address accompanying your reservation.

Special Dietary Needs: Please let us know if you have any food allergies at the time of your registration.  We will make every effort to accommodate your specific requests and needs.
