FAQs

Q. How do I reserve a weekend?

A. Simply click on our "Calendar & Reservations" tab. Find your weekend on the calendar and click on the "book it" button.  There you will find a reservation form.  Once we receive your reservation, we will contact you to make payment arrangements.

Q:  What should I bring?
A:  Comfy clothes, slippers and your photos, favorite supplies, and creativity.  Don’t forget your camera!

Q:  Do I have to crop while I’m staying?
A:  A Crop for All Seasons was created with scrapbooking in mind but we welcome crafters of all types.  Then again, you may not want to craft at all, and that’s fine too!  You are more than welcome to be our guest simply for a weekend of rest and relaxation.  Let someone take care of YOU for a change.

Q:  May I come alone or do I have to be with a group?
A:  Single reservations are welcome and if you come alone, you will surely leave with new friends.

Q:  When are check-in and check-out times?
A:  Check-in is at 5pm on Friday.  Check-out is at 2pm on Sunday.   Your cooperation with adhering to these times is greatly appreciated.

Q:  Will I have to share a bedroom?
A:  Two bedrooms each sleep 3 and the third room sleeps 6 guests.  Every effort will be made to keep a group together, however, on a rare occasion this may not be possible.

Q:  Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
A:  Yes.  Please let us know of any allergies or restrictions when you register.  Vegetarian meals can be prepared with advanced notice.

Q:  What do I do when I arrive?
A:  You may park along Main Street and we will assist you in bringing in your cropping supplies and bags.  Once your vehicle is unloaded, ample parking is located in the driveway on the side of the house.

Q:  May I crop just for a day?
A:  Currently, we do not offer day crops.

Q:  What if I need to cancel?
A:  Requests for refunds will be honored 30 days prior to your scheduled weekend less the $75 non-refundable deposit.  Requests must be in writing and must include contact information and your scheduled arrival date.  We’re sorry that we cannot give refunds for requests that fall within the 30-day period.

Q:  Is the house air-conditioned?
A:  The house is climate-controlled with central heating & air conditioning.

Q:  Is there smoking allowed?
A:  A Crop for All Seasons is a smoke-free environment.  However, we do have designated smoking areas outside.

Q:  Where is Norwalk?
A:   Norwalk is easily accessible from I-90, US-2, and the Ohio Turnpike.  We are approximately one hour east of Toledo and one hour west of Cleveland.  A Crop for All Seasons is located within walking distance of historic downtown Norwalk where you will find quaint shops & various services.
